****Primary Role and Responsibility:****

We are seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Specialistto support the companys global logistics & warehousing strategy that will enable world-class customer order delivery times. This position resolves all day-to-day logistics and warehousing issues while also proposing efficiencies to streamline operations with an eye to eliminating customer delays and reducing costs.

* Process shipment documents including invoice, packing list, bill of lading, shipping labels, ASNs, and other shipping documents as needed

* Coordinate and schedule shipments including FTL, LTL, and Parcel Ground with pickup schedules, troubleshoot any issues that may arise

* Communication with internal sales reps, other team members, and departments including order processing, warehouse, and inventory

* Follow up and provide updates on pending tasks including order status, carrier information, delivery, etc. while maintaining a consistently high level of customer service

* Reviews and adheres to customer routing guides to ensure compliance

* Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery

* Research and collaborate with 3PLs and warehouses in any claims

* Maintain cycle counting records, track, and report on progress, assist with variance tracking, research, analysis, audits, and reporting.

* Ensure transfers of inventory are being properly recorded and reconciled

* Supporting reconciliation process and research any variances to ensure timely period close

* Coordinate directly with all production facilities, 3PL warehouses, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment partners to manage inbound and outbound inventory needs

* Evaluate and monitor subcontractors quality and reliability, as well as supplier ability to support required delivery schedules.

* Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Ship Manager, Transportation Management System (TMS), and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS Code)

* Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail-oriented

****Required Skills/Qualifications:****

* 5 years of global logistics experience with proficiency in supply chain concepts, including how logistics and inventory impacts other functions of the business

* Warehousing experience a plus

* Microsoft Excel power user

* MRP/ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)

* Dedication to detail and accuracy

* Strong English verbal and written communication skills
