TFS-The Foundation Specialists, the regional leader in foundation, crawlspace, & concrete repair, is looking for an Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

What You Would Do
* Drive to potential customers homes & conduct pre-set appointments
* Meet or exceeds sales goals
* Conduct inspections & write proposals for each customer which includes photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing list, & job worksheets
* Provide follow-up to customers by phone & re-visit the customer as needed
What We Need
* 1+ years of Outside Sales or In Home Consultant experience is preferred
* 1+ years of experience in the residential, home inspection, or improvement industries is preferred
* Construction knowledge is preferred, but not required
* Able & comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a home
* Strong listening, closing, & follow-up skills
* A valid drivers license & a safe driving record
* Proficient computer skills with tech & smart device know how
* Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
