We are looking for a Restaurant Manager on behalf of a well-renowned, exciting foodie countryside spot, near Rye in East Sussex. This beautiful natural wine focussed restaurant is nestled amongst 70 acres of biodynamic vines and working farmland. This forward-thinking restaurant serves wines from the vineyard alongside Modern European dishes using ingredients and produce from the farm. They pride themselves on providing a well-informed yet relaxed style of service, while fostering a positive and warm working environment. As Restaurant Manager, you will support the senior management team in the successful running of the restaurant. You will assist in managing a team of passionate, creative and guest focussed people, who work in a relaxed manor. You will begin by understanding the running of the floor, before moving onto training, briefing and managing the team whilst running the shift.
This is an unrivalled opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a keen interest in low intervention wines to grow within an exciting and progressive company.
The right candidate will be an experienced Restaurant Manager/Supervisor from a fast-paced restaurant background, preferably with experience of working in a relaxed environment, serving quality food and drink, and a good knowledge of low intervention wines.
