Your ultimate goal is to create a positive experience for all of our guests by development, training, coaching, and accountability of team members under your supervision. This is measured by CEM scores, and developmental coaching and assessments performed on behalf those in your care.

Responsibilities include:
  • Organization, motivation, and implementation of a plan that ensures team members and guests are set up for a positive experience within our restaurant.
  • Requires responsiveness in a timely manner, attention to detail, oversight and accountability of and for process and procedures to ensure an overall positive experience for team members and guests.
  • Accountable for ensuring "REMARK"able experiences through hospitality.
  • Communicate and share the owner's vision statement for hospitality in the Restaurant with all team members
  • Set defined hospitality goals, measures restaurant performance and leads in making adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Partners with the leadership team to ensure coordinated approach to achieving customer experience goals (e.g., marketing, talent, training, and kitchen, etc.)
  • Maintains positive working relationships and coaches, motivates, and sets/reinforces expectations for team members
  • Strictly adheres to and enforces all company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as subject matter expert to the team for ongoing hospitality and service support
  • Responsible for and accountable to Customer Experience Metrics including but not limited to- Guest Experience, Cleanliness, speed of service.
  • Create daily focus for the team to remain energized to deliver excellent service
  • Ensure team members are empowered to execute "2nd Mile Service"
  • Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the leadership team for appropriate handling.
  • Facilitates celebrating successes as Team Members create "REMARK"able experiences
  • Provide support within the restaurant to meet business needs
  • Leads by example and stewards the brand of Chick-fil-A and this individual location. Must be willing to comply with and advocate for the Mission, Vision, and Values of this business.

Required: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to lead a team while upholding accountability and the standards of operation.

Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Previous leadership experience an asset
  • MUST have OPEN availability (Meaning you can work anytime any day, mostly mid-shifts 11am-7:30pm and 12pm-9pm)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Adaptable & flexible to change (adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities)
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40lbs
  • Honors and encourages other to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
