Description
Corporate Cleaning Group, Kansas City's premier commercial cleaning company, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Full-Time Night Manager.
The Night Manager oversees the servicing of multiple accounts located in the Northland (Clay and Platte County) area of Greater Kansas City.
This position is directly responsible for the performance of Trainers, Leads and Cleaners and ensures all nightly cleaning activity is completed according to company guidelines and customer satisfaction.
Qualified individuals will exercise exemplary leadership, organizational and communication skills, effective time management to achieve optimal performance from their team.
Major Job Functions:
Manage team members in execution of customer requirements and facility cleaning specifications
Provide positive and negative feedback on performance when appropriate
Respond to team member requests for additional supplies, time off, etc.
Maintain inventory and ensure each account is adequately supplied
Complete regularly scheduled inspections and check-ins
Oversee the launch of new accounts
Oversee the training of new team members
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Communicate both customer and team member issues and concerns to appropriate parties
Maintain accurate records in timekeeping system and ensure time reports are prepared for payroll
Monitor attendance and arrange for coverage due to scheduled absence, call-outs, etc.
Cultivate a positive attitude among team members
Other Responsibilities:
Assist with development of job cards and operational strategies
Assist in maintaining budgeted hours for each account
Assist in execution of Six Day Touch program
Schedule:
Primary operating hours for this position will be in the evening. However, the Night Manager must have the ability to respond to phone calls, texts and email during daytime and weekends. Night Manager will operate in the field a minimum 4-5 evenings per week. Position requires 40+ hours per week.
Compensation:
$45,000.00 annual salary
$100.00/mo auto stipend
quarterly bonuses available
Position Requirements
1-3 years of experience as janitorial services lead or supervisor.
Basic computer experience/skills especially Google Docs, Microsoft 365.
Must be able to receive/send communication in a timely manner throughout the day.
Must be able to stand, reach, bend, push, pull, lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
Must have own reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple facilities throughout shift.
Must have own smart phone and willingness to download multiple field management-related applications.
Must successfully complete of drug test and background check.
