**Behrens Manufacturing in Winona, MN, a premiere manufacturer of steel containers, is looking for some hard-working individuals to join our team as Assembly Workers. Individuals would be assisting in the production of steel buckets, trash cans, and tubs.**
**Summary/Objective:** The primary purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to accurately process customer orders and invoices to ensure delivery of product as requested as well as care for all customer needs.
**Essential Functions:** The customer service representative position is directly responsible for all customer relations including but not limited to processing customer orders, invoicing, daily business report, logistics support, edi, vendor compliance, as well as providing back up to payroll, accounts receivable, & shipping clerks.
**Competencies**
1. Employee must be able to type with ability to utilize computer programs including word, excel, and Microsoft outlook functions.
2. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics Nav is a plus.
3. Employee must have the ability to speak, read, write and comprehend instructions and documentation in the English language. Bilingual a plus.
4. Employee must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
5. Employee must be familiar with basic office equipment including copiers, computers, phones, and fax machines.
6. This position requires the need to function and interact with all levels of the organization in a team environment as well as the ability to work independently.
7. Employee must adhere to all safety and company polices including arriving to work on time and following company policy on vacations, etc.
**Supervisory Responsibility**
This position has no direct reports.
**Work Environment**
This job operates in the Behrens main office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, telephones, copiers.

Basic physical demands of this position include but are not limited to sitting, walking, & standing.
**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch break. This position may require overtime as needed.
**Travel**
There is no travel required in this position.
**Required Education and/or Experience**
* High school diploma with 1 or more years post secondary education or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
