Hours: Line 1 and 2:

1 st Shift: 4:55am-1pm

2 nd Shift: 12:55pm-9pm

3 rd Shift: 8:55pm-5am

  1. Job Description: Responsibility to work and act safely in accordance with all policies
  2. Responsibility to report safety hazards to people or product and comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices
  3. Maintains regular throughput of product to the production line
  4. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices by adhering to company policy and keeping work areas and equipment neat and clean on an ongoing basis
  5. Understands product specification and makes routine checks to verify equipment performance; adjusts equipment as needed.

Monitors equipment performance and reports damaged or faulty equipment to supervisor

  1. Operates batter depositors and various continuous mixing systems
  2. Operates automatic oven loading equipment; loads and unloads oven manually as required
  1. Inspects pans for cleanliness and notifies supervisor when deficiencies are observed
  1. Palletizes pans as directed
  2. Monitors proper operation of pan greasing unit by maintaining proper grease levels
  3. Inspects pans for proper grease coverage
  1. Performs any other duties as assigned
