Hours: Line 1 and 2:
1 st Shift: 4:55am-1pm
2 nd Shift: 12:55pm-9pm
3 rd Shift: 8:55pm-5am
- Job Description: Responsibility to work and act safely in accordance with all policies
- Responsibility to report safety hazards to people or product and comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintains regular throughput of product to the production line
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices by adhering to company policy and keeping work areas and equipment neat and clean on an ongoing basis
- Understands product specification and makes routine checks to verify equipment performance; adjusts equipment as needed.
Monitors equipment performance and reports damaged or faulty equipment to supervisor
- Operates batter depositors and various continuous mixing systems
- Operates automatic oven loading equipment; loads and unloads oven manually as required
- Inspects pans for cleanliness and notifies supervisor when deficiencies are observed
- Palletizes pans as directed
- Monitors proper operation of pan greasing unit by maintaining proper grease levels
- Inspects pans for proper grease coverage
- Performs any other duties as assigned
