** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Chemical Technician to fill a one- year assignment in the Quinton, AL area.

Rate of pay: $28.00 per hour.

Requirements:
Candidates must be available for evenings or nights, overtime, weekends, and holiday work as required, working ten-hour shifts
BS degree in Chemistry or other field of science with a minimum of 12 semester hours in Chemistry required
Knowledge of boiler/water analysis preferred
Experience in production of deionized water preferred
Water treatment plant experience preferred
Experience in the use, calibration and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation/ equipment
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
Is this position supporting a government-related project? No
Does this position require driving (excluding commute)? No

Estimated Duration of Job Assignment: One Year
This position requires call-out and overtime as needed and working a 10 hour day. Candidates must be available for evenings or nights, overtime, weekends and holiday work as needed.
