The Print Concierge's primary responsibility is to meticulously review and approve all print artwork materials before they are sent for production. You will ensure that the artwork meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams involved in the artwork creation process. Responsibilities Artwork Review: Thoroughly examine print artwork files to verify accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all artwork materials meet the required quality standards and are free from errors or discrepancies. Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, customers, approved vendors, and other stakeholders to address feedback and make necessary revisions to artwork files. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of artwork review and approval processes, including any revisions or modifications made during the review cycle. Communication: Provide clear and constructive feedback to designers and other team members to facilitate the improvement of artwork quality and compliance. Deadline Management: Prioritize workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely approval of artwork materials for production. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to print artwork to enhance processes and maintain compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in print production, graphic design, or a similar role with a focus on artwork review and approval. Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and pre-press techniques. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in artwork files. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
