Colors On Parade is expanding operations and we are actively looking for full-time automotive paint technicians
to join our team in various markets across the US. Colors On Parade specializes in S.M.A.R.T. Repair in
the non-collision appearance market, typically providing services on-site, with a variety of clients in
need of our services.
Our clients vary from auto dealerships, RV dealerships, RV owners, rental car and fleet companies,
general public with small cosmetic damages and even airplane owners.
The ideal candidate has some paint experience but we are willing to train the right candidate provided a background working with their hands in a similar industry.
Personal characteristics desired: detail oriented, reliable, self-motivated, hard working and not afraid to work in the elements.
Colors On Parade is primarily a mobile service company and the apprenticeship starts as an hourly job
but has the potential to become full business ownership after roughly a year possibly less for the right
candidate with previous experience.
We are a franchise company with a proven track record of guiding
self-motivated individuals into successful business/franchise ownership. We are unique in that we
employ technicians while their learning and transition them into business ownership ONLY when they re
ready.
The average tenure is over 10 years with Colors On Parade with many passing 25 years.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting.
- Mix and match colors to create desired effects.
- Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes.
- Knowledge of color theory and mixing techniques.
- Use spray guns to apply paint to surfaces.
- Clean up after painting job is complete.

Transportation Required ideally a truck or SUV that can tow a small to medium sized trailer. Ideal but
