Our Market Operations team is looking for a Shift Lead who loves solving problems, thinking critically, and mentoring a high performing team. You will plan, monitor, and manage our fleet of electric scooters. This is a key position to meet goals and continuously improve Spins impact in the community.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of drivers to accomplish shift goals

* Manage the rollout of new internal products and features

* Be the resident subject matter expert on Spin operations

* Report shift performance and metrics to Operations Lead or Manager

* Problem solve with other internal teams to resolve issues that arise

* Support operations with fleet deployment and collection, as needed

* Follow company procedures to monitor at-risk vehicles in the field and minimize loss

* Ensure teammates on your shift are empowered with the information and tools they need to perform their jobs, including daily routes, fuel cards, van keys, and dash-cam logins

* Maintain timely communications with Operations Specialists on Slack to address blockers and monitor their attendance and performance

* Coordinate and execute a detailed shift schedule

* Assist with the training of new hires

* **This role will work nights and weekends**

**Must Have**

* Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license & two years of driving experience

* Proficiency with basic computer skills and tools (operating systems, dashboards, and spreadsheets)

* Ability to lift 80-90 lbs (with or without accommodation)

* A smartphone, and must be comfortable multitasking with mobile apps

* Strong collaboration and teamwork skills; commitment & desire to work well with others

* Proficiency in English (firmly required)

**Highly Desired**

* Previous management or dispatch experience

* Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize issues

* Action and results oriented

* Ability to work multiple shifts, including weekends

* Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods
