**Order Selector - Warehouse**

Van Eerden is hiring for Warehouse Selectors starting at $16.00 plus hourly performance incentives.
The base pay for experienced order selectors is commensurate with experience plus performance incentive!

This is a **night warehouse position**, with a schedule: Sunday Thursday, 4pm until all orders loaded.
Our Warehouse Selectors perform a critical step in making sure that the items the customer needs for their business get onto the truck and into their establishment. It is extremely important to the function of our business and to the satisfaction of the customer.
As an Order Selector you can expect that your primary responsibilities would be:
* Select orders from warehouse stock, using scanner technology
* Securely wrap pallet orders to maintain stability and avoid damage
* Safely operate end rider pallet truck. Training and licensing provided
* The position requires repetitive bending, lifting and twisting up to 55 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
* Work is performed in refrigerated/freezer warehouse, temperatures range from 0-50 degrees
**In order to qualify as a candidate for this position, youll need:**
* Must be 18 years old or older
* Must successfully pass a drug screen that will assess drug usage (including marijuana)
* Must have High school education or equivalent
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and to frequently move on and off equipment
* Must have English reading, math, and verbal communication skills
