**Description**

Job Purpose:

Our Warehouse Coordinators are the engine of our Parts Department. They are responsible for organizing and maintaining the parts warehouse and inventory to serve the needs of both internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Receive and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely matter.

* Unpack, check-in, count, verify and scan barcodes on all received freight.

* Stock parts shelves in correct fashion; making sure parts are sorted in bins, well marked and neat.

* Oversee, record, and investigate cycle count operations and variances.

* Distribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.

* Pull orders from shelves and complete shipping paperwork.

* Maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received.

* Provide exceptional customer service to all internal customers and partnering business units.

* Work with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries.

* Package and ship core returns as needed.

* Deliver parts to customers as needed.

* Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred..

* Six months of warehouse related experience preferred.

* Exceptional organizational skills.

* Desire to grow within an organization.

* High comfort level with computers and navigating a variety of systems.

* Valid Drivers License .

* Forklift Certification or the willingness to obtain certification.

* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Physical and mental demands:

Continuous: Sit, simple and firm grasping, fine manipulation, foot controls, driving, vision, talking and hearing

Occasional: Bend, walk, reach, lift/carry up to 75lbs

Infrequent: Squatting, kneeling, crawling or laying on ones back, pushing, pulling, climbing or balancing, driving, standing and lifting or carrying up to 100lbs

Working environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the primary functions of this job. Normal office conditions.

Continuous: Wearing of safety glasses, gloves and shoes

Occasional: Use of Computer/phone, working in high, precarious places and outdoor weather conditions.

Infrequent: Work near moving mechanical equipment and loud noise, Exposed to fumes or airborne particles
