Position Description
In this role you will serve as the logistics hub for branch operations. The WarBL provides logistics support for the Branchs Sales, Service and Project teams by managing the required logistics enabling our mechanical and controls technicians to exceed customer expectations. This is accomplished with strong warehouse organization, operations and presentation while maintaining the appropriate level of supplies and equipment, managing the receipt, storage, distribution and when appropriate the returns of materials for maintenance, service, and project work. The WarBl will also assist with the coordination of subcontractors and other duties in support of branch and company objectives as needed.
As HVAC Warehouse & Branch Logistics you will be responsible for the following:
* Receive equipment and materials and match purchase orders with received items.
* Properly label, organize and stage materials for accurate and timely jobsite delivery.
* Pre-stage equipment and materials to minimize tech warehouse loading time.
* Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintain clean supply area; comply with ECS and applicable government procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Wear the proper safety equipment and follow all safety policies, rules and regulations.
* Ensure that ALL ECS employees, sub-contractors and branch visitors wear the proper safety equipment and follow all safety policies, rules and regulations.
* Order commonly used materials from local parts warehouse for upcoming work.
* Coordinate with ECS sub-contractors and appropriate government agencies to ensure efficient execution of all service and project work.
* Use Company vehicle to pick up and deliver materials to job sites
* Maintain shop-based branch equipment
* Responsible for maintaining a running warehouse inventory of tools, equipment and materials.

Qualifications
The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid Drivers License with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUIs in previous 5 years.
* This position requires working in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions.
* Ability to work with computers, office and project management software
* Ability to manage extensive wide ranging logistics operations.
