Our client is a Fortune 100 Company looking for professional, solid performing individuals who are team players with strong leadership skills and a desire to build a long-term career with the company.

They are looking for Maintenance Electricians; for this position the company will need you to install, troubleshoot and repair high, medium, and low voltage electrical systems, sensors, power distribution systems, 3-Phase Motors, AC/DC motors, starters and drives, and PLC hardware and programming. You will also need to have a basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles and electrical theory, Ohms and Kirchhoff's laws.

They will have an outlined training program in place, starting with a safety training program, as safety is something they take very seriously. Most training will be OJT.

They are looking for people who are independent thinkers, with well-developed leadership skills, and a collaborative, team orientated mindset. They realize that you may not have all the skill sets needed for this position, but if you have a great attitude and aptitude towards learning, then this is the right opportunity for you.

This is a rotating 12-hour shift position. 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off and with built in overtime. Our client takes pride in never having a layoff in their 40-plus year history. If you are a productive employee, you have a job for life.

Base salary depending on location, and a great benefits plan.
