**Job Summary:** The Utah Art Alliances Dreamscapes is an immersive art experience right in the heart of Salt Lake City! We are looking to hire a Dreamer! The goal of a Dreamer is to ensure that every person walking through our doors has the best experience possible, through maintaining the highest level of customer service and a fun, enthusiastic, safe, and inspiring environment for all. While you may be asked to participate in some artistic aspects of Dreamscapes, a large part of this position is customer-service-based.
**Primary Responsibilities:** Greet Dreamscapes guests in a pleasant, upbeat manner consistent with the Dreamscapes vibe.
Excellent customer service and interaction, including assisting with photos, guiding, answering questions, engaging the story elements of the installation, relaying rules, making suggestions, problem solving.
Assist Shift Lead with customer flow.
Run the Box Office for tickets sales and specials.
Run register for boutique sales
Replace, stock and update interactive elements in exhibits.
Clean, tidy and maintain lobby, boutique and other public areas.
Answer incoming phone calls pleasantly, giving clear information and helping with any questions or problems.
Report damaged, missing or malfunctioning elements of the installation.
**Desired Qualifications:** High school diploma /equivalent or higher.
**Age:** 18 and up.
A passion in the Arts or Humanities.
A background in customer service.
Bi-lingual (preferred not required).
Event or Venue experience preferred.
Keen attention to detail.
A knack for assessing a situation to deliver the right message at the right time
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Having a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to work with a team, but can also work independently.
Critical thinking problem solving skills.
