Job description
Avanade Inc. seeks Full Stack Developers in Mountain View, CA to coordinate and guide the work/effort of project teams throughout the product development lifecycle (Plan, Analyze, Design, Develop and Test) for web services, enterprise portals, and other mission critical enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack.

You will: coordinate application development projects using Service-Oriented Architecture to develop applications on the Microsoft platform including .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, WPF, and SQL Server; guide efforts to define technical, operational, and user requirements; perform work estimation, planning, stakeholder management, and group management; participate in pre-sales activities including development of proposals and design of conceptual solutions; manage client relationships; and serve as a career advisor to other solution developers.
Skills and experiences
4 years of experience developing, analyzing, and performing optimization of code; 2 years of experience hosting applications in Cloud Platform (Microsoft Azure); 1 year of experience leading teams and developers utilizing Service Oriented Architecture to design applications on the Microsoft Platform; 1 year of experience leading technical teams in end-to-end development of Microsoft-based solutions; and 2 years of experience communicating and presenting information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do
The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, plus at least four (4) years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, or in a similar role within the IT or IT consulting industry. A qualified applicant's experience must include: 4 years of experience developing and deploying applications using full-stack Microsoft platforms, including .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL;
