Our team is a key part of our Single-Family Client Engagement organization ensuring that we have the right partners to support our client's needs.Your Impact:In this role, you will be an integral part of the Single-Family Partner Distribution team. You will be responsible for the ownership of third-party mortgage technology partners. You will collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to support, lead, execute, and implement various internal and external Freddie Mac technology and project initiatives.Qualifications:* Bachelors degree is preferred.* 8-10+ years of related experience within the primary and secondary mortgage markets.* Knowledge of Freddie Mac's Loan Advisor suite of products and technologies including Loan Product Advisor, Loan Quality Advisor and selling systems.* Knowledge of the mortgage technology landscape including Loan Origination and Point of Sale systems and the key part they play in the origination process.* Knowledge of the Uniform Mortgage Data Programs (UMDP) including ULAD, ULDD and UCD.* Mortgage origination, processing, and underwriting experience a plus.* Mortgage technology integration and vendor management experience a plus.* Proven ability to nurture and maintain strategic industry partner relationships.* Knowledge of mortgage technology implementation, integration, and adoption.* Ability to multitask and work effectively to meet frequent deadlines.* Ability to lead multiple cross organization project initiatives.* Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.* Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.* Employs extensive professional expertise as a generalist or specialist.* Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of ingenuity and creativity. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
