**Inventory Planning Supervisor**

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 or more years experience supervising a group of supply chain buyers, with the ability to recommend / facilitate process improvement initiatives, manage changes, communicate status and assign and track issues. Candidate will also develop and monitor systematic, ongoing review of key performance and profitability parameters.

**Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for planning and developing project scope and objectives with stakeholders.

* Creates and manages schedules for completion of project.

* Plans and works with Management to ensure resources are assigned in a timely fashion.

* Ensures coordination and communication with management and all business areas.

* Identifies and analyzes the success criteria of the department.

* Energizes and motivates the team to achieve high levels of performance and to overcome barriers of change.

**Basic Qualifications:**

* 3 - 5 years of aftermarket or supply chain experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Advanced understanding of aftermarket parts and manufacturing technologies, and market research including their potential impact on the AWP industry.

* Thorough understanding of Genie products, and parts operational processes.

* Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office tools specifically Word, Power Point, and Excel is required.

* Excellent communications, decision making, human relations and organization skills.
