NOVA and parent company, HSP direct, form a fast growing, conservative, political fundraising company based in Ashburn, VA. We are seeking a self-motivated, high energy **Sales Assistant** to help fuel its future growth. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package including ample paid time off, health, dental, 401k, bonus plan eligibility, and profit sharing.
****Key Concentration****
Primary focus is to support the sales teams by executing excellent customer service, managing professional relationships through a supplied book of business, and overseeing services and responsibilities to clientele delegated by NOVAs parent company, HSP Direct.
****Primary Duties and Responsibilities****
* Substantial data entry, sales order processing, invoicing, and billing
* Provide immediate customer support, respond to inquiries, monitor, and track sales orders
* Work to understand our customers desires and develop action items to provide solutions
* Organize, maintain, and deploy micro-marketing strategies relevant to book of business
* Work closely within company departments to provide first class agency services

****Requirements****
* 2-3 years of customer-oriented experience; political background preferred but not required
* BA/BS degree; ideally in Business, Marketing or Communications
* Well-developed technical skills Microsoft applications, CRM
