Job Type Full-time Description

Responsible for the movement of raw materials and finished goods between the suppliers, the manufacturing facilities and the 3PLs. Tracking requested inventory movements to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained. Enters shipments into multiple TMS systems, tracks and receives the product and maintains proper transaction paperwork. Helps maintain inventory accuracy with proper receiving procedures and assists with inventory reconciliation.

**Essential Functions include the following:**

* Timely and accurate data entry of all customer orders into Transportation Management System (TMS), and management of inbound delivery appointments including communications with internal and external customers.

* Ensures proper receiving is done to match item and batch number.

* Track order status and aggressively identify any issues related to 3rd party warehouse, shippers, and brokers.

* Collaborate with scheduling manager and QA inventory status issues related to shortages and released goods to meet on time shipments.

* Track data and maintain excel spreadsheets outside of the D365 system which are utilized for shipments and D365 system comparison.

* Tracks internal product transfers to ensure finished goods are moving in a timely fashion.

* Responsible for financial receipt of all indirect materials in ERP system

* Generate and post packing slips in D365 system for outbound orders.

* Coordinate with procurement buyer to ensure accurate pick up and delivery of co-manufactured product.

* Perform financial receiving of inbound materials in D365. Validate physical receipt, address error and drives continuous improvement of the receiving process.

* Works with Procurement and AP team to address any invoice to receipt matching issues in a timely manner.

* Works with the shipping department to resolve receiving issues.

* Collaborates with Purchasing and QA departments to ensure the timely movement of their product requests and completes the transaction in D365 to maintain inventory accuracy.

* Works with other people in Supply Chain on projects or issues that come up in regards to inventory management.

Requirements

* High School Diploma and 5+ years warehouse administration and/or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, food manufacturing preferred.

* Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Microsoft D365 experience is preferred. ERP/Inventory experience.

* Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions in a dynamic environment.

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written or oral form.

* Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.

* A hands-on approach that encourages change and creative problem-solving.

* Ability and availability to work the regular or extended hours including nights, weekends and potential holidays as required.

* Excellent communication skills at a cross-functional level (i.e. communications throughout the company).
