The Corporate Headquarters are located in Grantsville, MD with several offices throughout the country.The general role of the Cable Installer Technician - Fiber Optics is to travel to residential homes for service calls. This person must be reliable and organized to install equipment, inspect and troubleshoot cable equipment, and set up internet networks. This position will provide written and verbal instructions to customers on how to operate systems, remote controls, and other equipment, as well as document all tasks performed at each service appointment.The Installer Technician will report to the Project Manager - Fiber Optics and will work primarily out of their assignedlocation.
