**Job Summary**

The Strategic HR Consulting and Delivery Senior Manager leads a team of HR consultants to develop and implement Human Capital and Organizational Effectiveness solutions to support the achievement of enterprise, corporate function, specific business-line goals. This role supports the Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) in providing strategic consulting services to the business; leads in the development of spot solutions for emerging needs within specific AORs; and leads complex special projects spanning across HR specialty areas.

The Senior Manager serves as an SHR expert in one of the following HR Domains:

* Org. Development/Team Effectiveness/Workforce Planning & Activation

* Compensation/Analysis & Research

* Leadership Development/Learning/Employee Experience

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provides integration across the macro-HR environment to ensure enterprise tools and frameworks from the COEs are configured appropriately for the needs of the business

* Leads design teams focused on spot solutions for emerging needs within specific AORs

* Leads design and delivery of multi-faceted initiatives crossing HR specialization areas

* Leads and works on a variety of projects simultaneously, spanning all HR functional areas

* Serves as Domain Expert for Strategic HR team and liaison to COEs for best practices

* Utilizes Product Management, Design Thinking, and advanced HR subject matter expertise to lead the delivery of talent strategies of high complexity

* Leverages Analytics and Benchmarking (internal/external) and root cause analysis to create and lead complex talent strategies and recommend innovative, future-focused action plans for highly complex, ambiguous and unique problems

* Utilizes evidence-based communication/storytelling to proactively consult on and develop complex talent strategies by presenting data-driven recommendations

* Leads change management for complex AOR and Enterprise efforts by creating, directing, and/or influencing complex change plans and communications while also removing barriers to change and recommending new techniques to support innovation

* Leads and works on a variety of projects simultaneously, spanning all HR functional areas

**Preferred Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**

* 10 or more years of related experience

* Bachelors Degree required; Masters degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.

**Functional Skills**

* Ability to apply significant disciplinary/industry experience guided by in-depth knowledge of employee lifecycle management, evidence-based consulting and client management, and human capital planning

* Ability to provide direction and guidance while leveraging diverse perspectives of the team, peers, or leaders

* Proficient in agile and design methodologies

* Strong strategic and systems-thinking skills

* Continuous improvement mindset to recommend and implement changes

* Ability to conduct risk analysis and weigh alternatives and consider implications of decisions

* Ability to establish budgets, staffing, expense priorities, and performance requirements

* Ability to remove barriers to change and recommend new techniques to support innovation

* Ability to quickly build trust and credibility

* Strong change agility to meet needs of dynamic internal/external environments
