***SHIFT: Sunday-Friday (off Saturday and one day during the week) 5:30pm- until work is done (about 9-10 hours roughly) if worker has an appt/family commitments, manager is willing to work with the "end time" so long as they work the min 8 hours).

***MAX PAY RATE: $18.00/hr (if hired on Full time workers can make up to $27/hr based on incentive pay/performance).

***MUST HAVE ON RESUME OR IN CHAT FEATURE ON JOB SEEKER PROFILE:
**Electric Pallet Jack (required) and stand-up forklift (preferred as they will be using this if converted). ***Having worked in/be OK working in cold/wet environment.
***Proof of a good attendance record (having worked at all previous employers for min 6 months over the past 2 years)
***min 6 months of selecting experience.
***Able to lift up to 50lbs (individually).

min 6 months of Experience, Responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using SOS label technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders, and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. Hand selects orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, Cooler, and Freezer, correctly places labels on product, stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (e.g., no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.), stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations, stretch-wraps product on loading dock, maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, SOS unit, and personal protective equipment, and performs pre and post-trip inspections of equipment. Must follow SyscoSafe preferred work methods at all times and follow sanitation requirements in order to comply with policy set forth by Sysco and by AIB (American Institute of Baking). This position requires working until all products are accurately selected and loaded including potential overtime on holidays and weekends. Essential skills include the ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established through an engineered production standard, working rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast paced environment, meeting or exceeding established cases per error goals, and developing a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures.

Basic requirements include being over the age of 18, the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements, basic arithmetic skills, and adequate physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Preferred requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent. Reports to Night Warehouse Manager / Supervisor.
