Xpress Natural Gas LLC is a rapidly growing energy company that provides unparalleled service and technical expertise in the delivery of compressed natural gas (CNG). The company is currently seeking a Mechanic to join our growing team in Montrose, PA.
**XNG is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist:**
**$22.00 - $25.00 an Hour!!**
The inventory control Specialist will work alongside the fleet service manager to ensure adequate inventory is always maintained to ensure high levels of efficiency for repairs
Compile inventory information and present it to management for effective decision making, which may include the need for restock, and so on.
Review balance of inventory and count the items in stock
Investigate hitches in the shop inventory system and execute necessary improvements towards better business performance
Work directly with management to bring them up to date regarding the stock inflow and outflow
Daily & weekly reports
Quality checks as needed
Maintain proactive continuous inventory control program (cycle counting process)
Shop climate is dependent on outside weather. Must be able to work from a standing platform while in the air, approximately 2 to 3 stories high. Lift and move 50 lbs. or more occasionally.
Ensure continuous supply of materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on operations.
Lead and coordinate monthly inventory count
provide various reports and metrics to monitor demand/supply/performance
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures.
**Qualification:**
Minimum of 1-year experience in Inventory Control
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of how to use the Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to written procedures
Ability to forecast adverse situations with the resources provided
Accountable for actions
