**The Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina is currently seeking a Spa Front Desk Agent.**
**Position Overview**
To provide exceptional guest services regarding all aspects of the spa per BMC standards. At the Pink Shell Resort and Marina, we make our guests feel like family by providing a fun and memorable beach escape with unmatched attention to detail. * High School diploma or general educational degree (GED)
* We are looking for a people person with an outgoing and friendly demeanor
* Someone who consistently reviews their work and makes adjustments for errors accordingly
* Must have strong computer skills
* Ability to accurately exchange information and communicate with guests and others in the office
* Present a professional image in appearance, words, and actions
* Can remain in a stationary position 90% of the time while operating a computer and performing office work
* Has flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and Holiday
* Answer phones, take messages and correspond with email when necessary
* Schedule appointments and answer guest inquires
* Ensure knowledge of all spa/salon treatments
* Maintain cleanliness/stocking of reception and retail areas
* Set up lockers according to standards and assists in maintaining all supplies in locker room areas
* Upsell services with recommendations
* Complete all POS transactions accurately
* Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed daily
* Give spa tours and directions to all hotel facilities
* Performs all other duties as assigned
