The Branch Manager is responsible for all branch operations to include product and service administration; creating and maintaining a sales environment focused on a superior client experience; monitoring service standards to ensure expectations are met; recognizing and promoting bank services; educating clients on various bank products and/or services to meet their financial needs; managing branch expenses and supporting achievement in business goals and objectives; coaching and mentoring a team of employees; coordinating communication and reporting activities between branches and support teams; and representing the bank in various community activities.
This position requires the ability to demonstrate professionalism and positively represent Fortifi Bank; maintain confidentiality; provide superior customer service; effectively problem solve; demonstrate organization and attention to detail; build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members; inspire and influence others; present information one-on-one and in small groups; lead and facilitate meetings; effectively handle high pressure situations; and lead by example. The ideal candidate will have banking and management experience, as well as a passion for networking and community involvement. An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
