**Position Title:** **Warehouse Technician Ice Specialist**
**Location:** **Burley, ID**
**Position Summary:** We are seeking a temporary part time Warehouse Technician that will focus sole on our Ice business. This position has the potential to move to a permanent part time position based on business needs. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the convenience stores, restaurants, and other business throughout the area with their Ice needs and supplies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Operate or tend equipment, such as cooling and freezing units, refrigerators.
* Additional duties include general cleaning and maintenance of ice maker area and surrounding areas.
* Other duties as assigned
* This job does have physical demands; you should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and be consistently moving over the majority of your shift while bagging and loading ice onto the truck.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
* Working towards a high School or GED diploma required.
* Shifts are generally 5 hours, with some additional hours at times.
* Dependability is the most important attribute for this position. We need to be able to rely on this individual to come in on time and get the ice made - our customers depend on it!
* We can teach and train the right person on how to run the equipment, but we can't teach reliability.
* Usually Monday thru Friday, but some weekends are required during the busy season.
* Must have valid driver's license for this position. Experience driving hyster/forklift is a plus.
