Description

Brock & Scott's Collection and Automobile Impound Practice Group is seeking a full time legal assistant to assist Litigation and Collection attorneys.

Job duties include - but not limited to:

  • Administrative support for lead paralegals/senior legal assistants (such as copying, scanning, mail duties and data entry).
  • Preparing form pleadings for multiple states, scheduling hearings, coordinating, monitoring and following up on service of process, responding to client updates including updating client systems.

Compensation will be dependent on experience and will be discussed during interview process.

Work Location: One location;On-Site in Winston-Salem, NC

Position Requirements
  • Prior legal experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, customer service and communication skills
  • Able to take direction and work independently
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable operating and learning computer programs and web-based systems
