Job Details
AGRILAND FS is looking for a well-organized and detailed individual to perform fuel and propane pricing activities, communicate market information, and process orders for our financially stable and growing cooperative business. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will work in our Winterset corporate office and play an integral role in providing our customers with the petroleum and propane energy services they need.
Core responsibilities:
- Evaluate and communicate current energy pricing and market information with sales employees and customers
- Assess and communicate supply outages with alternatives to external and internal customers
- Develop working relationships with suppliers and carriers
- Input orders, maintain records and reconcile invoices for accuracy
- Communicate logistic information
- Manage company bulk, customer, and retail fuel inventory
What we need from you: - A two-year degree in business or relevant field; or equivalent work experience
- Customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good math and business skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze data and problem solve.
- Excellent computer skills including proprietary software and Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel
