Were currently looking for a Head of Logistics & Customer Service to manage and

optimize all the processes related to logistics network, warehousing, transportation, 3PL

management, and Customer service.

The main mission of this role is to enable the Business growth strategic plan

implementation across the different geographies, combining and transitioning direct &

Indirect Route-To-Market models, focusing on achieving maximum agility and customer

service optimization, in alignment with the company targets in term of quality, service

level, sustainability and cost optimization.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**

* Continuous Logistics network / footprint optimization.

* Lead the prospection, selection, negotiation and management of the company

3PLs across the different geographies, involving all the departments in the process

to facilitate an adequate suppliers identification, evaluation, homologation, and

relationship management, with a cross-functional orientation.

* Develop and maintain a Supplier Relationship Management approach that

enables aligning the company key suppliers portfolio, profiles and capabilities with

the Business needs in terms of innovation, product quality, service quality, capacity,

compliance & costs competitiveness, and with a specific focus on performance

management, leading partnership dynamics, driving continuous improvement

initiatives identification, implementation & follow-ups.

* Formalization of contractual relation with the suppliers, including all Compliance

requirements linked to legal, Corporate & social responsibility, operational, quality

requirements, with a systematic focus on protecting Heuras sensitive / IP-related

information.

* Performance management of all Logistics & Customer service related metrics:

inventory accuracy, transportation fill rate

* Spend & budget management & cost optimization for all the logistics categories:

transportation, warehousing, handling

* Ensure the maximum efficiency of all the activities in scope, with a continuous

improvement mindset.

* Lead or sponsor cross-functional project / initiatives, project management.

* Lead the elaboration & validation of the Logistics & Customer service processes & procedures (order management, customers listing.).

* Lead and develop the Logistics & Customer Service team in alignment with the

company values and culture, fostering an efficient governance as well as personal

& professional growth.

* Ensure maintenance of the Logistics-related Master Data in the ERP.

* Ensure total compliance of all the company policies or requirements (Food Safety,

Quality, Sustainibility).

* Risk management.

**YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF**

* Engineering degree or equivalent

* +6 years of experience as Logistics manager in the FMCG sector, including team

management

* Experience in short shelf-life food products is a plus

* Experience managing several operating centers (plants, warehouses, delegations), ideally in several countries

* Experience in the selection and negotiation of logistics service providers (carriers, logistics operators...), as well as managing a logistics budget

* High customer orientation

* High cross-functional vision

* Strong analytical skills

* Strong collaboration skills

* Continuous improvement mindset

* Excellent negotiation and building-relationship skills

* Honest, humble, curious, creative and exceed-expectation kind of person

* Advanced or Proficient level in English required / French or Italian are a plus

* Advanced user in MS Office, especially Excel

* Team management experience
