**Chef de Partie Rosette Level Property Outskirts of Cheltenham**

This is an ideal step for a current Chef de Partie working in a similar establishment, or for an existing Demi Chef de Partie/Commis, who is looking for a change, and a new challenge.

**The Role;**

Chef de Parties run & manage sections within the kitchen. You will be responsible for ensuring your section (pastry, larder, sauce) is ready for service, and all preparation work is done ahead of time. You will always need to make sure you hand your section over in the manner in which you would expect to receive it clean & tidy & prepared. You will be responsible for the ordering of your section also and will produce a shopping list for the Senior Chefs each day.

You will need to mentor the Commis Chefs and instruct them as to what your section requires. We will expect you to contribute ideas to the menu also. You will further be expected to keep your workspace hygienically clean at all times.

**The Ideal Candidate;**

Will be able to provide a first class service to the guests.

Feels comfortable, and confident, and is passionate.

Has much experience of cooking with fresh ingrediants

Has Rosette experience, but not essential.

Will follow policies and procedures

Be happy to attend further training

Works well within a Team, as well as independantly.

CDP Salary : 22,230, based 45hrs and working any 5 out of 7 days ( weekends busy as leisure property) plus service charge at approx. 4k yearly, and overtime, if authorised by Head Chef/GM

It is not necessary to have worked in a rosette restaurant but they need somebody with a similar kind of back ground. ( cooking fresh local ingredients)

No split shifts, and always opportunity to be developed into more senior role in the future.
