**Summary:**
Mr. Greens is looking for a highly self-motivated and confident Outside Sales Representative to join our organization. This person will have the drive and commitment to excel in a fast-paced sales environment and provide outstanding customer service as needed. We rely on our Outside Sales Representatives to drive our growth exponentially. This position will be based out of our Fort Myers, Florida location.

**We are Seeking a high Motivated Sales Representative!**
**Job Description:**
* Grow the customer base by developing long-term relationships with new lucrative clients.
* Able to work outside of normal business hours, such as weekends and evenings.
* Efficiently resolve customer issues by proactively addressing potential problems and providing solutions to assure customer loyalty.
* Create and manage tactical plans that will ensure our company goals are met while attaining budgeted goals.
* Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
* Review accounts receivables to avoid outstanding payments.
* Perform market analysis regarding supply and demand, to best, identify new opportunities for growth and profitability.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
**Requirements** **:**
* 1 year of outside business-to-business sales experience in related industry preferred.
* Basic pc skills, proficiency in excel, experience with Salesforce and MS Outlook
**Physical Demand/Work Conditions:**
* The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear.
* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
