**Software Manager-Silicon Hardware Drivers**
Santa Clara / Software: Other / Full-time Fungible is defining data-centric computing, both in terms of software and in terms of hardware (with its DPU)
Central to our mission is a highly programmable, high throughput, low latency chip. In this role you will manage a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers that develop code for the embedded OS and hardware drivers. **Roles and Responsibilities :**
+ Creating and driving project plans for significant new features enabled by the DPU
+ Providing technical guidance to the team on project deliverables
+ Collaborating on a cross-functional team to execute against our product road map
+ Coordinating all engineering changes and approvals to meet customer deadlines
+ Analyzing and solving engineering-related problems with the assistance of subordinate managers and department personnel
+ Assisting in interviewing, hiring and training employees
**Skills ,Education and Requirements:**
+ BS or MS in Computer Science of related field
+ Minimum 8 years engineering experience in embedded systems
+ Minimum 3 years management experience, with technical leadership skills for problem solving and conflict resolution
+ Excellent program and project management skills with strong document management
+ Ability to collaborate with many other teams
+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving skills
