Assistant Manager, Acquisition & Clearance (Ref.:AM(A&C) ) ** Responsibilities:**
To assist in preparing for freezing surveys and arranging the post-survey works
To assist in implementing project engagement programme after freezing survey and monitor the progress
To vet assessments, including to conduct on-site checking, and make recommendation on various offers / claims relating to acquisition, compensation, rehousing, allowances, assistances and leasing of properties
To assist in preparing and conducting briefing sessions for owners and tenants, negotiate with affected parties for acceptance of URA offers for redevelopment projects
To liaise with owners, tenants and occupiers and solicitor firms for completion of legal formalities related to acquisition of properties, flat-for-flat arrangements and settlement with tenants / occupiers
To manage and lease properties in redevelopment projects and URAs rehousing blocks and recommend repair, cleansing work and security measures, administer tenancies and rental collection, supervise the day-to day operation of neighbourhood centres
To assist in preparing legal documents for recovery of physical possession and leading operation team in physical eviction of unsettled occupiers
** Requirements:**
Degree holder in surveying / building / housing / property management related discipline with not less than 6 years relevant work experience; OR
Member of RICS / HKIS / CIH / HKIH with not less than 4 years post-qualification experience in surveying, housing management or related fields relevant to the job requirements
Good communication skill in Chinese and English, with ability to speak and communicate in Putonghua is preferable
Knowledge in computer software
Willing to work outdoor and outside normal office hours
Preference will be given to those in possession of a valid Estate Agent Licence
