Job DescriptionClient is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Quality Assurance Specialist, providing essential support to the product development team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards, addressing bugs, defects, and potential issues.
Role and Responsibilities:
Review design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand product scope, requirements, and functionality.
Ensure that products meet both organizational and customer quality and product integrity requirements.
Provide analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process, supporting product development or operations teams.
Identify root causes of production process problems, recommending and implementing corrective measures.
Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects, working towards mitigating and preventing recurrence.
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Experience with root cause corrective action investigation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn the organization s production processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with developers, project managers, and customer support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Knowledge of First Article Inspection Reports per AS 9102.
Material Review Board experience.
Quality certifications CQE, CQA, or similar.
Bachelor s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
1-3 years in Quality Engineering, preferably in aerospace or other regulated industries.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when required.
