With production facilities in Ohio, Georgia and Mexico, we service our customers both nationwide and internationally by designing and manufacturing cutting-edge engineered products.**Scope and Responsibilities** **:**The Production and Inventory Coordinator provides production and inventory office support for a manufacturing facility.Duties include, but are not limited to:* Release work orders to allocate materials according to shop capacity or production requirements. Also create and release work orders for service parts.* Reconciles discrepancies in inventory records, tracing transactions for procedural or entry errors on items identified through the cycle counting process or daily production and shipping requirements. Assists Shop Supervisors with inventory error reconciliation and correct transaction codes to use.* Issue plant transfer orders according to suggestions, in order to supply the Bryan and Mexico manufacturing facilities with parts necessary for their production. Confirm and release plant transfer orders. Process paperwork and print BOL. Create customs paperwork as needed.* Data entry of purchase order receipts.* Reconcile inventory inaccuracies identified through the cycle counting process.* Process inventory changeover request.* Scan receiving, shipping, manufacturing and quality documents as required for records matrix.* Create vendor returned goods packers.* Monitor communications from the customer service group and provide information to the shipping department.* Confirm and release truckload shipments. Process paperwork and print BOL. Create customs paperwork as needed. Perform truckload calendar maintenance.* Freeze inventory and provide cycle count paperwork for all areas. Perform cycle count maintenance and send out daily results* Maintain warranty file from quality checklist.* Operate switchboard at front desk* Assist Materials Planner/Scheduler and Materials Manager as needed.**Experience and Skills:*** High School diploma and/or equivalent experience, plus 2-3 years production support experience in a manufacturing environment* Knowledge of the mechanics of a closed loop manufacturing resource Planning system (MRPII) including Material Requirements Planning and Capacity Requirements Planning* Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes preferred* Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills* Analytical ability* High degree of accuracy* Good computer skills with Excel and Word* May require overtime and schedule flexibility**Benefits****Bard Manufacturing Company offers a competitive salary and benefits structure, including (but not limited to) medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, vacation, paid holidays, free gym memberships for employees, and tuition reimbursement.***Equal Opportunity Employer*
