Meridian Home Mortgage is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn the mortgage business. They will also have strong customer service skills while taking calls and gathering basic information. The candidate will also make outbound follow-up calls with current customers.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**
* Must be proficient with computers and phones
* Excellent customer service experience preferred
* Accurate typing skills
**Day to Day Duties**
* Taking inbound and making outbound calls to gather customer information
* Data entry
* Working as part of a team to achieve daily tasks
