Job Summary
We are looking for a full time All Facilities professional to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. As a healthcare professional, you will offer care and assistance to elderly patients in a variety of settings such as Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Care Homes.
Compensation & Benefits
This position is full-time and will be compensated at a rate of $18-20 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to elderly patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Care Home facilities.
Assist with physical tasks, like transfers and ambulation.
Implement routines that ensure patient safety and comfort.
Observe and record patient responses, condition, and changes in behavior.
Coordinate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Create individualized care plans and monitor progress.
Assist with any other duties as requested.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in nursing or similar field.
Valid nursing license in good standing.
At least 2 years of experience as a nurse or related role.
Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
Ability to make sound decisions in tense situations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and objective in stressful situations.
