Shifts, Pay, and Benefits:Day shift - Monday - Friday 9:15AM - 6:00PM Pay starting at $20/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $21.20/hourPotential to earn an additional $1.00 Power Industrial Equipment (PIE) differential if qualified. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage starts day one18 paid time off days and 6 company holidays per year6% 401(k) company contribution each pay period with no contribution required from you!!!!Employee discounts, parental leave, and moreSafety shoes providedYou WillSafely complete warehouse tasks including trailer unloading, receiving, picking, packing, sorting and labeling with a high degree of qualityMeet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as neededOperate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirementsPerform other tasks as directed by the leadership teamYou HaveComfortability working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stationsHigh school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of ageAbility to receive feedback and work well in a team environmentThe physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and may have to occasionally lift up to 75lbs.*For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Pacer/Dock Truck, Straddle Reach Truck, OP/Cherry Picker, Turret/Swing ReachPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environmentsGreat attention to detail, quality, and safetyWho We AreGrainger exists to keep the world working.
