**Inventory Control - Merchandising Support Coordinator**

Our first stores opened their doors in April 2002. Currently we operate 66 retail locations in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Maryland and Pennsylvania . We cater to our customers' needs by supplying a wide variety of products in departments such as tools, hardware, automotive, pet, work and casual clothing, footwear, farm supplies, horse and livestock feed, bird food, lawn and garden, and alternative heating.
The Merchandising Support Coordinator supports the merchandising team in the day to day functions of item/sku maintenance. They must communicate effectively with the merchandising staff to ensure the accuracy of data. A Merchandising Support Coordinator is the primary contact for any internal and external questions or concerns regarding data integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Include but are not limited to: A. Promote Family Farm and Home culture and mission statement which is to serve and provide value to our customers. B. Set up SKUs C. Update cost and retail changes D. Update SKU descriptions, add or remove stores, location codes, discontinued or store closeout product E. Data imports for new SKUs or mass changes F. UPC maintenance and any issues concerning UPC changes or updates G. Prepare and load manager specials and clearance items H. Load and proof read all promotions I. Load dynamic promotions and maintain promotion item lists J. Weekly retail price changes K. New Vendor set up L. Review fineline and class for accuracy M. All other duties as assigned by supervisor or company official.
Merchandising Support Coordinator Requirements: The Merchandising Support Coordinator will have an Associates Degree in business or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. They must have good oral/written communication skills in order to effectively interact with team members. They will pay strong attention to detail and have the ability to quickly retrieve, manipulate, analyze and interpret data. Computer skills in a Microsoft windows environment, including being proficient in Excel are a must. The Merchandising Support Coordinator must have the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities at the same time. Additionally a successful Merchandising Support Coordinator must have a strong work ethic and be a team player requiring limited supervision.
