**Description**
**General Summary**
Responsible for inventory control processes to maintain appropriate inventory accuracy and stock levels for supply chain distribution departments to satisfy Paragon supply demand. Accountable for inventory transactions and maintenance of inventory control transactions for stocking, staging, issuing, and reordering.
**Position Duties and Responsibilities**
* Completes cycle counts. Assist in the preparation and conducting physical inventory on an annual basis.
* Maintains inventory and system accuracy ensuring stock is located in the system designated preferred stock locations.
* Responsible for the data entry and maintenance of all inventory product movement. Completes applicable inventory control system transactions to maintain inventory accuracy
* Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
* Manage end of life cycle and obsolete inventory. Ensures slow moving, obsolete and expired supplies are separated/removed in a timely manner.
* Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management.
* Responsible for stock planning and reorder of stock. Recommend adjustments to stock levels based on changes in demand and trends. Collaborate with the buyers as required.
* Updates database to track the location, transfer, and disposal of products. Prepares and generates weekly and/or monthly reporting for inventory management.
* Prepare inventory reports for management as needed.
**Skills Required:**
* Working knowledge of both WMS and ERP system applications
* Paragon Product Knowledge of Finish Goods, Sub-Assembly, & Raw Materials
* Great communications and organizational skill
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Performs duties with minimum or no supervision
