**As the face of our hotel your responsibilities will include:**
* Giving our guests the best hospitality experience possible
* Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally always
* Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality
* Promptly and effectively dealing with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner
* Posting guest charges, collecting payments and following all cash handling procedures as required by Concord
* Handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
* Being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)
* Being a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns
* Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
* Having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
