The Field Technical Service Representative provides technical support to MCNA customers, onsite and through multiple communication channels, specific to the metal coatings application process. The Field Technical Service Representative will develop conceptual solutions to moderately difficult, non-routine issues/problems and provide recommendations and guidance as it relates to the application process to ensure efficiency and the overall highest level of quality.
