The Body-Shop Manager will be compensated on a competitive pay scale of a major metro store. The Body-Shop Manager is responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the body-shop department and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Body-Shop Manager is responsible for staffing needs, controlling costs, customer retention, maintaining good employee relationships, achievement of objectives, maintaining manufacturers compliance and Body-Shop service records. **Benefits**

**Responsibilities**
* Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
* Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure the satisfaction of the customer and earn repeat business
* Maintain high-quality Body-Shop repairs and minimize comebacks. Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
* Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all Body-Shop department staff
* Supervise Body-Shop technicians performance and arrange training to keep best practices and skills current
* Prepare schedules and plan staff rotations to ensure that Body-Shop repairs are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible
* Maintain supply and support systems, including technical reference material, workshop supplies, and other materials
* Ensure that all department personnel adhere to company policies and the understanding and compliance with federal, state and local regulations that affect body-shop, service and part operations
**Requirements**
* Three to Five years related experience and/or training in the automotive Body-Shop industry
* Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
* Current, valid drivers license
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems
* Extensive knowledge of Google Drive and other cloud applications, CCC One, Office 365 and Windows Applications
* Self-motivated with a great attitude
