* Coordinates a team (+/-6 persons) who handle the delivery of audit related tasks as instructed and based on information provided by auditors in EY offices
* Assign tasks to team members and monitors workload, schedule the work and ensures deadlines are met
* Provide coaching to the team and motivates team members
* Review the work done by team members, documented in specified excel templates
* Being accountable for the quality of the teams deliverables
* Training new staff, as well as existing staff on various work related matters
* Give timely feedback to team members
* Provide various reports required by managers
* Provide monthly follow up and analysis on relevant Key performance indicators
* Contribute to relevant projects related to process improvement
* Communicate effectively with EY audit teams
* Reporting to the Manager of the department
Qualifications
* University degree in Economics
* 2-5 years professional experience as financial external auditor
* English advanced level
* Experience in team management and meeting deadlines
* Good knowledge of Excel and Word
* Team player
