**Inventory Solutions Associate**
Sales Roanoke, Virginia Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **13.00/hr.** Star City Games is looking to add an Inventory Solutions Associate to our team!
The Inventory Solutions Associate is responsible for executing large-scale sorting projects and card processing. The associate utilizes Excel to search bulk cards and sorts cards so they can be entered into inventory. This position may require night and weekend hours as assigned by the Assistant Manager - Inventory Solutions or Assistant General Manager - Sales.
Essential Duties:
* Recognize and solve problems with large-scale sorting projects. This may require familiarity with Excel.
* Sort and enter cards as assigned, adhering to Company standards and expectations.
* Sift through large quantities of cards to pull out promotional, Non-English, and damaged cards.
* Separate bulk cards by a variety of factors so that they may be easily searched and sorted.
* Use company tools such as Wrike, Outlook, and Teams to effectively communicate ongoing project updates, respond to changes in assignments, and share observations with other Inventory Solutions employees.
* Properly label and organize all boxes in the Inventory Solutions area.
* Wrap and move pallets of cards. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as necessary.
* Assist with order fulfillment as necessary.
* Assist with projects outside of the department as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Possess great attention to detail
* Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
* Able to work well individually and as part of a team
* Ability to remain flexible and accomplish tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment
* Able to relocate to Roanoke, VA
* Willingness to learn and make good use of new programs and assets
* Moderate to extensive familiarity with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
