**Job Description**
**Full-Time Restaurant Manager $24 per hour, plus $500.00 SIGN-ON BONUS AND BENEFITS!**
**Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:**
* Review assignments from Food & Beverage Director and/or Executive Chef
* Supervise Dining Room and service staff to ensure superior service for our guests
* Follow assignment sheet and/or action log
* Inspect Dining Room, Bistro, Private Dining Room, storage closet and organize accordingly
* Escort customers to their tables, explain menu items that residents have questions about and make recommendations
* Complete Residents Daily Meal Count and Hostess Report each day
* Assist residents with planning functions
* Coordinate all functions with Food & Beverage Director & Executive Chef and execute in a timely professional manner
* Prepare daily reports
* Prepare personnel notes & reports for supervisor
* Inspect opening and closing side work of servers
* Training and Scheduling of dining room staff
* The point person for the florist to ensure the best quality and freshest flowers
* Performs other duties as assigned by Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator
**Qualifications:**
* High School Degree or equivalent.
* Food service management/ supervisory experience
* Able to maintain a good relationship with all levels of personnel and to be able to work independently.
* Able to work under stress and follow directions
* Willing to work with senior population
* Strong knowledge of safety & sanitation
