**General Summary of Job Duties**
This position will support Tiamo Italian Restaurant by cleaning tables in a timely manner. Maintaining the inventory levels, and make sure that items are stocked for the server use.
**Essential Job Function and Duties**
* Provide supplies to all servers.
* Polish and stack equipment for operation (silverware, linens & glassware).
* Set up, clear and clean tables before, during, and after the service.
* Set up the tables with table top equipment per design.
* Ensure that the guest tables are maintained to our standards at all times and in a timely fashion.
* Assist servers as requested.
* Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
**Skills, Education and Other Requirements**
* Previous bussing experience is a plus, but will train
* The ability to maintain composure in a potentially stressful environment.
* Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
* Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
* Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
