Job Details
Summary: fill containers with various product elements to complete customer orders, seal containers, labeling, packaging containers.
Environment: plant / fast paced / teamwork / hazardous materials / temperature variations between 60 - 80 degrees F.
Requirements: Standing / bending / lifting 50-70 lbs on a regular basis, occasionally move 100 lbs / must be medically able to wear a respirator on a daily basis. Position is required to wear steel-toe shoes, protective gloves, and long sleeve shirts on a daily basis. Must have motor coordination skills and be capable of repetitive motion.
Essential functions of the job: fill various containers with product elements according to instructions and weight requirements as specified on batch ticket; seal containers; count and report packaged items on the batch ticket; deliver packaged items to warehouse/shipping dept.; clean empty drums, tanks, and other items; provide information for production schedule; print and apply labels; coordinate schedules with Labeling Station, Mixing Dept., and Shipping Dept.; label and fill secondary packaging when necessary (i.e. boxes); maintain HMIS & OSHA safety practices
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am- 4:30pm
Pay: $ 17.00 an hour
